The developmental process will be adopted in such a way that the socio-economical and cultural system surrounding the Ramalayam present in small villages will stay for next 300 years.

SPERDS was established under Society Registration Act in the year 1997. Given the specific nature of rural and tribal people what is required is a micro level approach with thorough understanding of tribal culture as well as their specific needs. Being aware of general approach adopted for rural and tribal development and sensitized towards rural and tribal needs and the "exploitation"blues of tribal people, a few philanthropists ventured to address the specific needs of rural and tribal people in Telengana. The objectives of the society are is to improve women’s access to economic resources by transferring life skills (e.g., access to credit and savings programs) and to enhance capacities to understand the situations and adapt life skills for securing their livelihood. Rural Integrated Development Organisation was established in the year 1994 in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. The organization is known for its work in raising health and sanitation awareness in the rural Andhra Pradesh. Being concerned about the health of the young school-going children the organization has conducted several health camps in supplementary schools, celebrating nutrition month. Apart from their own initiatives they also undertake work entrusted to them by various other organizations. They have prepared a detailed project report on IWMP and have done third party verification on Indramma housing projects and community-based rehabilitation programs.
Rajamallu Education Society was established On 7th October, 1994 under the A. P. Societies Act. The Society in the last 27 years has scrupulously followed the 'Aims and Objectives' enshrined in the Memorandum of Association to provide yeoman service of providing education and healthcare to the hinterland areas of Chennur Mandal, Mancherial District (old Adilabad district}, Telangana, India. We aided and helped set up a Telugu medium school in 1994 in Kistampet village through the constant encouragement and mentoring of local unemployed educated youth. The school known as Vagdevi Vidyalayam recognised by the Directorate of school Education, Govt. of Telangana has grown both in terms of size and quality since. It has over 500 students and proudly attains state ranks in Board examinations. The school is currently an English medium institution in accordance to the local demand. The Society being headed by a senior obstetrician and gynaecologist since 2006, has served the local population through medical camps with visits by like minded specialist doctors along with diagnostic equipment in the area of Mother & Child specifically and other medical areas as per needs of the local population. The Society is named after the illustrious son of the soil who being a dalit himself rose from very humble beginnings to become the highly revered leader and represent the people as the Member of the Legislative assembly for 26 years from 1952 to 1978. He later became the Member of Parliament from Peddapalli constituency in 1982 and the Chairman of the SC & ST Commission, New Delhi. He passed away in harness in 1983. He was a popular, helpful and affable leader who was accessible to all. His Gandhian ideals of secularism, socialism, equality for all and upliftment of SC & ST through delivery of quality but affordable education and healthcare were his trade mark which found immense sync with people from all walks of life.

MOTHER (Motivation and Training Health Education and Rural Organisation) is a charitable, non-profit organisation was established on 15th June 2006 at Penukonda, Ananthapur Dt, Andhra Pradesh by K. Ashok Kumar, M.Sc.B.Ed, MSW. The Organisation is known for its work raising health, education, ancient monuments and rural development programmes. It is conducted awareness camps on seasonal diseases, talent tests for young and school, college students. Also training classes in computers, olympiad exams and all other competitive exams. It rendered services for Corona virus(Covid-19) affected patients and migrans free of cost distribution food, medicines, masks, sanitizers and food grains nearly twenty thousand people above. It is running an old and orphanage home for shelterless people. The organisation conducted many awareness and motivational camps on blood donations , adult education, superstitions, rural women literacy, govt schemes and acts. It is received many national and international awards for best social services.

Rampoor Yuvajana Committee was started in the year 2020 by A Nithin Kumar, an aspiring youth from Rampoor village, Siddipet, Telangana with his associates G. Santhoah Kumar, M. Nikhil Sharma, A. Ashok Kumar, Bikshapathi and SD. Rasool K Raju. The Society is working for the welfare of youth, since 2019 and officially registered under Andhra Pradesh Society Act in the year 2020. The aim of the Soociety is to develop younger population in villages. The society had started a Youth Club with less than 10 members in 2019 and rose to 74 members. The team members mainly works across Siddipet and Medak districts and had taken up many rural developmental initiatives including Awareness Camps On Coronavirus (COVID 19), Organ Donation Camps, Blood Donation Camps, educational activities, Sports Camps and many more. The society also encourages cultural programs Like Bathukamma Festival, Sankranti Muggula Potilu and Many More. The society helped in renowation of Old Buruju With Trivarna paints and also conducted rural cleaning programs under Palle Pragathi Scheme. In 2020, COVID 19, pandemic, the society distributed Masks and created awareness on sanitizers to over 1500 people. The society also made Cricket And Volley ball, Badminton Grounds for youth. In 2020, Financial Year, the society was selected as Best Youth Society in the District.

The Kankipati & Marella Charitable Trust was formed in 2017 with the twin objectives of formalizing the philanthropic activities of the Marella and Kankipati families; and partnering with Government in their welfare programs. Their names are very much still revered in the village. Present generation of the family Kankipati Vijaya Bhasker (M.Tech, MBA, LLB) and Smt Kankipati Krishna Kumari (daughter of Marella family) have formed the Kankipati Marella Charitable Trust and enjoy involving in the philanthropic activities. The main objectives of the Kankipati & Marella Trust are to extend support for the various programs of Governments of Telugu states by partnering in suitable programs, to institute and award scholarships and support programs for the benefit of the needy students, to conduct and sponsor seminars, conferences, research studies aimed at creating and disseminating knowledge, to promote educational, sports, social and cultural activities and to support the existing institutions in furtherance of these promotions and also to advance any other objects of general public utility. Having exited the Professional career as a Business Head in Larsen & Toubro Limited recently, Kankipati Vijaya Bhasker is now poised to dedicate most of his time for the Trust activities.
